Sundog Places Brand Identity & Website Design
Sundog Places is a real estate development company specializing in building on-your-lot custom homes and developing "nano-resort" destination communities. Sundog Places was founded by previous executives at Centex Homes with years of experience in the real estate development industry. Sundog Places approached FiveSeven Studios initially to develop a robust web presence for the new company, and for its first destination community in Southwest North Carolina, Sundrops on Caney Fork. During initial meetings with the Sundog team it was determined that the first priority would be to solidify the company's brand strategy, and re-design the company's brand identity. After the strategy and brand identity design phases were complete, the next step was to develop a dynamic online experience for customers and interested investors.
After creating the identity and overall look and feel, we integrated the new brand into a dynamic web presence that's both scalable and versatile. Two websites were needed, one for the parent company and one for the destination community. The designs needed to be unique and orginal, however not too distinct, so that both could build on the other. Additionally, Sundog needed to be able to manage both websites including content updates, photo and image uploads, CRM features, and news and events. We created a custom content management system that runs both websites from one CMS portal allowing ease of use and updates for the Sundog staff. All updates to both sites can be made in real time.
We also designed and developed several new media features for the sites including custom flash image galleries updatable through the CMS, an interactive "Energy House" showcasing all of the energy-saving features of Sundog's development processes, and a robust flash-based community map that showcases all of the lots available in the Sundrops community. Additionaly we designed and illustrated custom maps of the surrounding areas to fit the overall look and feel of the brand.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice
Jeremiah's Italian Ice is a thriving Italian ice and dessert company with three stores in the Orlando area. Since 1996 Jeremiah's has been serving up Italian Ice, Gelati's, soft-serve ice cream, and other tasty treats to a loyal customer base, but the company’s branding was inconsistent at best, and an agressive, systematic branding process was needed to help launch Jeremiah’s into the next level of sucess.

Everything Well was founded originally as Vitis Healthcare, and recently underwent a restructuring period during which it was determined to rebrand the company. Everything Well offers a unique approach to healthcare, putting the patient first, and offering unmatched service, treatment protocols, wellness products, and educational resources. After more than 20 years of successful service to thousands of individuals and businesses in Central Florida, LRA Insurance needed a revitalized web presence to spearhead new branding initiatives for the company. LRA Insurance recently implemented a radio ad campaign throughout the Central Florida area and needed an updated, functional website to keep up with the growing demand. The new website needed to reflect the culture represented in the company's brand driver - "Achieving Distinction Through Excellence" - as well as offer users the ability to submit quote requests online

UG Music Group
UG Music Group is a small indie record label based in Central Florida with a national following.
